Este convenio tiene como meta principal transformar la programaci\u00f3n del canal en una plataforma con un fuerte enfoque educativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El encuentro se llev\u00f3 a cabo con la participaci\u00f3n del Rector V\u00edctor Manuel C\u00e9spedes Mart\u00ednez, en representaci\u00f3n de la universidad, y los directivos del canal. \u00c1ngel Corpor\u00e1n Monegro, propietario del canal Tele Radio Norte, lider\u00f3 la delegaci\u00f3n del medio junto a Isabel D\u00edaz Ram\u00edrez, quien funge como administradora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes la asistente de vicerrector\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n y Responsabilidad Social, B\u00e1rbara Rodr\u00edguez, as\u00ed como Sauris Ram\u00edrez y Estanislao Mora Mer\u00e1n.
